If it is something serious, you will remember it in time. [That's Fuu saying: Don't stress over it, bff, this place is nuts.]

Do you know where you are, though? Have you talked to Umi?

I'm by a fountain! It's really big! And I think I'm talking to her now!

From:

I will come and get you, alright? I'll talk to Umi first!

From:

Okay. I'll wait here for you.

From:

[It doesn't take long before the two Magic Knights arrive to the fountain.]

---Hikaru! There she is, Fuu! She's really here...

[Of course this is going to end in a massive hug. Umi at least doesn't want to think matters through for the time being. She's just grateful to be with both her best friends again.]

[Upon seeing the red Magic Knight, Fuu waved happily.]

Hikaru! We're here!

[Running to where the redhead is, Fuu knows this is one reunion she would never forget.]

[Hikaru's just chilling by the fountain, trying to think, trying to remember. It's slow going and when the girls show up, she's just looking down at her hands on her lap. But when she hears them, her head jerks up and she smiles. Glad to see them, glad to see they're okay.]

Umi! Fuu!

[The glomp doesn't take long to happen, either. It's wonderful to remember how the three of them fit so well together in a hug. Sap as the thought is.

They were sent back to Tokyo in that very same position once, a very painful memory ago. Umi's only grateful this is one of the happier instances.]

HIKARU! You're back! You're really back! We waited---

[It didn't take long before Fuu joined the hug. Once there were three, and now she's glad it didn't remain as a distant memory.]

It was a bit long of a wait but, you're now here!

From:

[She let them hug her, hesitating before falling in and hugging them back. She didn't like the idea of them being here without her, didn't like that she'd forgotten anything even if for a couple of hours. And she knew they wouldn't let her take any blame for it.]

I'm sorry I took so long.

Don't be. Fuu and I... we KNEW we'd be together again. I mean, we promised didn't we? [That promise... it was reassuring to know not even a place like The City could make them break it. Not for long, at least.]

We'll go through this together now! It'll all be okay, Hikaru....

It was worth the wait and I know, Umi and I both know, that promises are always meant to be fulfilled.

[She smiles warmly at Hikaru. She remembered how she was devastated when she was rendered alone in the City, without her best friends for a few days, and now they're both here. It felt just amazing.]

... Right. Our promise. [That was the one thing she'd never forget, no matter where she was or what happened. They were meant to fight together, take care of each other. She'd make up for the time she was gone.]

I won't let it break this time.

...None of us will. Not even if this place throws everything it's got at us! [It was wonderful to see Hikaru so full of energy again. It made Umi feel so full of hope. As if the time her best friend had spent away from the City had healed most of the wounds. And in turn, Umi's own felt lesser now. She was sure Fuu must feel that way as well.

...They could do this. They would find a way to fight this place together.]

Now we're together we'll make sure it stays that way.

Even if it means we have to tie to us with a rope, Hikaru. [Fuu giggles lightly.]

[Hikaru nodded. She couldn't forget the things that happened before now that she remembered, but she also remembered her promise to herself that she wouldn't let those things happen to her friends. She'd stay and protect them, no matter what.]

I-i don't think you have to go that far, Fuu....

Leave that job to Presea. Actually, if we don't get Hikaru back to the apartment so she can hug her too... I think she'd going to use that rope alright...

[That they could feel so lighthearted about this moment had to be a sign things were going to be alright.]

Oh my, she might tie Hikaru up on the porch if we do not hurry.

[Leave it to Fuu to be this lighthearted even during dangerous situations.]

[panic because she knows Presea and wouldn't doubt they're being dead serious]
