If you're reading this, it means I've left the City before you've come back. And that I didn't get to keep my promise I made you. I'm sorry. It's been a little over seven months since you left. I've been waiting for you. I'm not writing this in hopes that I'll leave soon, but things are happening again in the City. And I need to be able to think about protecting people here. So...
