Is she crying? Also highly likely. But she's down to her knees holding herself up on her hands, shaking.]

It's like that in our home world too, it being just in stories. It wasn't until we went to Cephiro that we got real magic.

Magic...it exists back home too. But it's an outdated art by this time. In fact, true magic is virtually rare at this point. The best attempts tend to be mere artificial reenactments, or magecraft. Oh, they're still impressive, just not miraculous, like in ancient times.

It seems like a lot of worlds have magic in them somehow. We have mostly just illusions in mine and Umi's world, things that aren't really magic at all.

What's more frustrating is breaking down every nuance among each system. Clow and I have debated on the thaumaturgical physics set between his and my world. The results were both mind-boggling to both of us.

For one, well to discuss all the details, giant and minuscule, of my system would require a whole course in itself. But basically, it all boils down to mysteries. Miracles.
