Road is...as unpredictable as she is predictable. She enjoys the Underground, so it's possible she accompanied your friend for something to do. But at the same time...she may decide your friend is the better entertainment.

She's a Noah- the oldest of them. She uses telekinesis, and she can open a pocket dimension that she has complete control over once you're inside.

I'm not saying this to worry you- as long as your friend is on her guard, she should be fine. I don't think Road will make any decisive moves ~~for now~~.
